MIG welding: MIG stands for metal inert gas, a manually programmed robot MIG welding machine is used where a batch of components are clamped into position on a jig. The jig is then rolled into the welder where a robotic arm with an integrated welding nozzle moves around the component welding parts together. First a dummy run is made to check positioning and movement of the robot arm. Once this is confirmed then the sequence of welds can be saved into the machine’s computer. The advantages of using jigs are that a series of identical components can be accurately and quickly manufactured without the need to employ skilled workers. The robot welder can also operate for hours without the need for rest breaks. Once welding has been completed the finished component is released from the jig and another set of components clamped in place in readiness for the next cycle to begin.
CNC spinning: circular sheet metal components which are symmetrical about a central axis can be produced before a metal blank onto a rotating former. This process is called spinning and it is used to manufacture components which cannot readily be pressed or when finished off pressed components

manufactured boards
the advantages of using manufacuring boards are that it will not move as it has know mosture in it and can be quite a bit stronger then normal wood.
mdf (medium density fibre board) - is held together with PVA glueand it is comprest in a press and left to dry and will blunten your saw
plywood - has veneers put at 90 degree angles to each other.
veneers there are 2 types of veneers squar and rotery.
chip board - chip board is made up of bigger wood chips then mdf but it is still held together with PVA and will blunten your saw.
this all comes in thinknesses of 3 - 6 - 9 -12 - 15 -18 - 21 -24mm
and in lenths of 2240mm
and in heights of 1120mm

polyurethin varnish - it will seal nad waterproff the wood and also protects it from damage.
wood stain - enhaces the woods apeerance by changing the colour of the wood.
oil - used to improve the astecits of the wood.
presevertive - tanilised timber = protects it for 4 times as long as it would normily.
paint - if you are going to paint a peice of wood you need to put a primeer on first so the oil based can stick to it.

I wish never purchased
Beach shoes
I bought a pair of beach shoes you where bright and draw the eye to them. But when I put them on they did not perform as well as I hoped when dry they where uncomfortable to walk in when wet they just made me slip and slide every direction and not comfy to walking. Every time I went to walk the shoe slipped from under Neff me and I twisted my ankle. In the end I resorted to walking bare foot through the sand. Although it was pleasing on the eye. They where not all that practical as soon as you touch a bit of water they turn into a death trap. They where not that comfy. As I got rid of the beach shoes that cost me £25 it left me with a bit less money and two hurting ankles
They could not of been tested in it target market as it was not comfy and that was the whole point of them u can walk on a beach in more comfort then in bare foot.
